Is there an age limit for the Special Needs Egg Hunt?  In the special needs area we welcome all ages and special abilities from 1 to 100.  For the sibling area, we welcome ages 1-12.

Will you have different areas based on ability/ need?

Yes, we will have several different areas based on ability and needs.  We will be having areas 1-3 go first.  Parents and helpers are welcome to help their children hunt for eggs as well.

Area 1: Special Needs Area – Mobility – This area will contain easter eggs with balloons on them to accommodate special needs mobility for wheelchairs and walkers.    We will also have eggs on top of cones to make for easy pick ups.

Area 2: Special Needs Area – Dietary Restrictions – This area will contain Easter eggs with special prizes and no candy in order to accommodate any special dietary restrictions.

Area 3: Special Needs Area  – This area  will be for special needs children.  The eggs will contain candy and also sensory friendly items.  Along with this we have eggs of different sizes to make them easier to grip.

Area 4: Siblings of Special Needs area:  This area will be for the siblings of special needs children – Ages 1- 12.

What is in the eggs?

We will have candy and prizes in the eggs with the exception of the Special Needs Dietary area. In the special needs dietary area there will be no candy in the eggs.  Instead the eggs will contain fun items such as stickers, tattoos and other small fun items.

Can I help my kids?  Yes, absolutely!
